Materials

The posts with average diameter 120 to 140mm are made from sap free robinia. The robinia is sanded and has had its bark removed. Robinia is naturally rot proof and does not require any additional... chemical protection; it is equally extremely resistant to attacks from external sources (insects, fungi, climatic variations), guaranteeing the long term durability of the playground equipment. The boards are made from natural robinia wood or Douglas fir (plank sizes: 22, 27 and 45mm). Robinia wood and Douglas fir are naturally rot proof and do not... require any additional chemical protection; they are equally extremely resistant to attacks from external sources (insects, fungi, climatic variations), guaranteeing the long term durability of the playground equipment. The tubular slide is made of rotomoulded polyethylene.

The 125mm diameter post is made of painted galvanised steel. The two-tone grey grained finish has a slightly undulating surface for increased scratch resistance. The cap is... made of injection moulded polyamide. Read more

The 16mm diameter ropes are made of galvanised steel cable covered with polyester. The cables are linked together and held in place by injected polyamide spheres.

The net fittings are made of polyamide and are used to link three cords together.

The protective barrier is made from rubber, 13mm thick.

The portholes are made from 8mm thick methacrylate (PMMA).

The coloured panels are made from a 13mm thick compact material (HPL). Robust in construction, it has excellent weather and vandal resistance properties.
