Janus de l’Industrie 2009

Once again, our designers' creativity and the hard work done by all our teams were recognised and rewarded last July in the shape of the 2009 Janus de l'industrie Prize, awarded by the Institut Français du Design (IFD) under the aegis of the French Ministry of Industry.

The Institut Français du Design awards its prizes to projects that play a long-term part in a process of “improving lifestyles” and whose products and services give priority to respect for users and their environment.

The concept of developments for all generations, the contribution to improving the surroundings for the local people, the modular, innovative, original items of equipment enabling users to discover new ways of having fun, the design, and the services made available as part of the LUDIC’AREA concept, are all criteria that determined the selection made by the Institut Français du Design in awarding the quality label of the 2009 Janus de l'Industrie to Proludic for LUDIC’AREA.

LUDIC’AREA was also selected for its innovation in the urban area development field and for its innovative, original products, by the Agence pour la Promotion de la Création Industrielle (APCI) for the Observeur du Design 10: an exhibition that displays the best examples of French design, from 23 October 2009 to 21 February 2010 at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie in Paris!
