A new section was added to our Internet site early in November. The new section is under the "Services" menu, called "Owner/Operator Manual".

Up to now...
Up to now, installation instructions and maintenance manuals have been issued to customers upon completion of an installation by the contracts department. Any supply only orders have had these documents sent out via post or supplied upon request.

We often receive requests for fresh copies because they have been mislaid, or not received, etc.

Our objective
We aim to ensure all documentation required as part of your playground management system is easily accessible.

As the owner/operator of a play area you should have all documentation relating to certification, inspection / maintenance schedule, operating instructions, operator’s records and specific designs on file as per BSEN1176. Keeping these documents on file will ensure you are following best practice procedures.

We appreciate the importance of your requirement to have these documents on file and have therefore created an order specific area on WWW.PROLUDIC.CO.UK to allow you to easily access them. In this section you will be able to access the maintenance instructions / schedules as well as product data sheets and installation instructions for your equipment specific to your order. By offering this facility we aim to make your life easier by having documentation at your finger tips whilst ensuring we are offering the highest level of customer service.

How to use the file
The section 'Owners Manual' is accessible in 3 ways:
1- From our website / heading 'Services' / subheading 'Owners Manual'
2- From our website home page: select 'zoom'
3- By clicking on this link

To consult and print out the documents associated with your order, all you have to do is enter:
- The order number
- The customer number

And then click on "Search"

The order number and the customer number are shown on the order confirmation, invoice and also on the delivery note.

The new section enables Proludic to further enhance the quality of our customer service provided.

Furthermore, the fact we will no longer be sending printed documents by post ties in well with our ISO 14001 certified environmental quality policy.
