TubCenter: New tubes at Proludic.

The successful launch of the Biibox range and the growing numbers of orders for multisports equipment have led to increased production demand for predrilled steel posts.

To increase our productivity levels, and to also further the services provided for you while meeting our quality standards and deadlines, earlier this year we decided to invest in the purchase of a new machine: the TubCenter.

The machine is used to punch, mark and cut to length the 125 mm diameter galvanized, painted plain steel posts.

BEFORE
As the quantities of posts involved were relatively small, the holes were drilled using manual equipment.

NOW
The operations have been automated thanks to the TubCenter. The quantities it produces in just four hours previously took one week of work using the old system. The TubCenter provides fast, accurate, high-quality results.

The data we receive for each order of the steel posts is controlled via an efficient computerised system.

The TubCenter has been in force since the 25th March.
The official production launch took place early in April.
