Durable and Reliable components

Improvements in our products involve a search for enhanced reliability, and also optimum durability of the various components in our equipment.

Example: chain links on swings
Some parts, such as the chain links on swings, are exposed to very high levels of stress.

The links are subjected to constant friction during swing movements, and the end links in particular are likely to suffer the effects of premature wear.

Actions :
To maintain the durability of elements like this, several types of action are taken.

Comparative tests are carried out in-house, on steel chains links that have undergone various types of heat hardening.

The tests enable us to determine which material shows the mechanical characteristics that best meet specific constraints.

Another type of action is also taken in order to ensure that certain elements are sufficiently durable.
This involves readily providing the necessary parts needed..

Wear and tear is inevitable for some components, and we have developed relatively inexpensive replacement parts that are easy to change to help combat this issue.

Parts like this are currently used on all of our swings.
