2008 : Regulations

Following much anticipation, 2008 is finally the year during which the review of safety standards for play areas and equipment will come into effect.

The new texts do not include any radical changes; they simply provide further details or extra information concerning certain areas linked to product design.

The modalities of application are not yet known, but Proludic has already taken these changes into account for its new products.

In fact, the new products shown in our 2008 catalogue have been certified by the TUV inspection authority as being in conformity with the texts of the EN1176 safety standards currently in force, and also with their revised version.
